Terms of Service

After training both the dog, and the dog’s owner, it is crucial that the owner follow the trainer’s instructions on continuing to reinforce any needed training as they have been instructed by the trainer. Trainer will provide lifetime follow up advice and / or training within the scope of the lessons previously provided, as needed by the owner. Both the techniques and the schedule of training, need to be followed by the owner (client). Failure to do this will terminate the money back guarantee of satisfaction.

Prior to training beginning:

• Clients must realize, acknowledge, and hold the trainer without liability, that while the trainer will do his best to keep their dog safe at all times, it is inherent that when working with dogs, there is the potential of an unforeseen accident occurring. This may happen when working around other dogs, working in public, during transport of the dog, and in other potential Training environments.
• The client must inform the trainer of any known acts of biting or aggression by their dog.
• All known behavioral problems and health issues will be disclosed to the trainer by the client, prior to training beginning.
